Drusilla had 5 siblings, Leon, Ruth, Minnie, Roy and John.  She grew up on 309 California Street.  At the age of 14, after the death of her mother, she was adopted by Irene and Manuel Patton and later raised by Virginia Patton and Patricia Patton on 15 By Pass 321.  She was preceded in death by her siblings, Leon, Ruth and Roy (Betty), her adopted mother Virginia Patton, sister in law Dorothy Patton and nephew Michael Patton.

Drusilla had a unique education and work history. She attended Jefferson Elementary and then transferred to New Horizon, in Rock Hill.  She continued to attend New Horizon until the age of 50, when her health started to decline.  Her special mother, Patricia Patton and her loving sister Minnie P. Roberts continued to care for Drusilla until Thursday, September 15th at 2:15am when her heavenly father called her home.

Druky would always ask you for a $1 dollar, “just because”.  Her favorite candy bar was a snicker and favorite soda was a coca cola.  Her hobbies were writing in her notebooks, listening to music and watching tv.  She enjoyed going to church.  Every morning she had to have a cup of coffee.  She was a traveler.  She went to Myrtle Beach, Florida, North Carolina and even went a four day cruise to the Caribbean. She lived a normal and fulfilled life.

She leaves to cherish her memory the following, her special mother, Patricia Patton, sister, Minnie P. Roberts  (Tommy), brother John Patton, adopted sisters and brother, Eugene Patton (Tammy), Corey Patton (Alexis), Bonita P.
