Mr. Steven Douglas Etheredge, 57, of 101 Fleetwood Road, York, SC went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at his home. Born October 6, 1965 in Delaware, Pennsylvania, he was a son Jack Nixon Etheredge IV and Carol Joyce Shelton.

Steven served his country in the United States Army, where he learned his love for computers during training for electronic and signal intelligence analyzing. After many years working as a computer engineer in Atlanta, he finished his career serving others as an EMT with AmbuStar and American TransMed in York County.

Steven was a devoted father, husband and son who will be dearly missed.

Steven is survived by his loving wife, Christy (Branham) Etheredge of the home; his parents; five children: Jack Nixon Etheredge V, Jillian Nicole Etheredge, David Branham, Steven Thomas Etheredge, and Douglas Thomas Etheredge; a special cousin, Robin (Denise) Kashner; and a host of co-workers and friends.

Memorial services will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1130 East Alexander Love Highway, York, SC 29745 with Bishop Lanny Adamson officiating.

Military Final Honors will be observed.
