Mr. Richard Lee Pergande, 75, of 5881 Hidden Oaks Lane, Lake Wylie, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. Born January 4, 1950 in Decatur, Illinois, he is a son of Richard Eugene Pergande and Helen Warnick Pergande.
