Ralph Gerald Aniba was born February 16,1952 in Tinicum, Pennsylvania to Carole Mae Aniba and Ralph Willis Aniba. Our beloved father, husband and grandfather passed away with his family by his side on July 3, 2021 at Atrium Health Pineville following a lengthy battle with Diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure at the age of 69.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years Sandra Elizabeth Aniba. His son Derek Ralph Aniba of Clover SC, his daughter Jillian Nicole Koroskenyi(Michael) of Fort Mill SC. He is also survived by three Grandchildren, Zackery, Christian, and Alaina Koroskenyi. His sister Kathy Thomas of Chester PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by his parents Carole Mae Aniba and Ralph Gerald Aniba.
Ralph graduated from Interboro High School in 1969. He also studied at Delaware County community college. At age 15 he became an Eagle Scout like his father. At a young age he worked at Westinghouse in Tinicum Pa as a structural assembler. He then was a night shift manager at a Textile Transportation company that eventually transferred him to the Carolinas. In the Carolinas he discovered his love for NASCAR and dirt track racing with his family and friends. He was a huge supporter of Chris Ferguson and Denny Hamlin whom does a lot for Cystic Fibrosis in hopes of finding a cure for his beloved grandsons whom he adored. The celebration of Ralph Aniba’s life will be held on July 24, at 11 A.M. in the Family Life Center at the Journey Church at 5415 Hwy 557 Lake Wylie. SC 29710. There will be refreshments and fellowship to follow
