Karen Howe Starkey

Mrs. Karen Howe Starkey "Nana", 59, of York, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 at home. 

Memorial services will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Unity at Calvary Church of God in Rock Hill, SC.

Karen was born in Rock Hill, but spent some of her youth in Florida, where she attended Wildwood High School.  Most often called 'Nana,' Karen worked for many years J & K Country Store, and will be dearly missed by all.

Preceding her in death are her grandparents who raised her, Tressie and John Patterson and her father, Lee Roy Howe.

She is survived by her husband, Jaime Starkey of the home; her mother, Faye Patterson Bass of Florida; two sisters, Lisa Bailey (Greg) of Rock Hill and Dana Bass of Florida; two brothers, Terry Howe (Billie) of Rock Hill, and Billy Bass (Tina) of Rock Hill; nine children and a host of grandchildren.
