Mr. Joshua W. Ballard, 40, of York, SC was born August 11, 1982 in Monroe, NC to Donna (Hargett) and Terry Wayne Ballard.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his sister, Tausha Ballard, and grandmother, Sarah Griffin.
