Jordan A. K. Barnette

Little Master Jordan Barnette, 7, of 438 Arch Drive, Rock Hill, SC went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Atrium Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC.  His sun rose on May 22, 2015 in Rock Hill, a son of Anthony "Tunk" and April Lynn Barnette.

Jordan attended Sunset Park Elementary School, where they loved him dearly.  Sunset Park was his home away from home. He was a loving little man with an old soul. Jordan was free-spirited, fun to be around and a joy to know. He knew the Lord for himself, and he loved the Lord.  

Jordan also loved spending time with his grandparents: Harry Barnette, James Lowery, Maggie Stewart, Beluda Dunlap, and the late Deborah Lynn.

Jordan leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents, April and Anthony Barnette; his god parents, whom he loved and adored: Chiquita Frederick and Demica Guy; his brothers, Dykendrick Barnette and Kobe Barnette; his sisters, Genesis Barnette and Dymia Barnette; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:30 pm, Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Liberty Baptist Church, 410 Blessed Hope Rd, York, SC 29745. Burial will immediately follow at Uniondale Cemetery, 501 Hwy 321 Bypass, York, SC. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 prior to the service.
