Courtney Paige Repass

Ms. Courtney Paige Repass, 38, departed this life on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at her home in Rock Hill, SC. Born December 26, 1986 in Johnson City, Tennessee, she was a daughter of the late Kimberly White Repass and Raymond Stinnett.

Courtney loved being out in nature and taking walks. She also enjoyed exploring old graveyards and examining old headstones—the older the better. She absolutely adored Panic! At the Disco. She found joy in every one of their songs.

Courtney grew up in York County, South Carolina and attended York Comprehensive High School. Anyone who knew her would remember that she was a firecracker, but always smiling and always laughing. She was a force to be reckoned with! She was also the sweetest and most loving person you could ever meet, and Courtney especially loved her children.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandfather, J.C. White.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children: Andrew Scruggs and Camp Brooks both of Rock Hill, SC, and Jesse Minns of Jonesborough, TN; her brothers, Josh Repass (Danielle) of Jonesborough, TN  and Brandan Watts of Elizabethton, TN; her sister, Ashley Brooke of Mosheim, TN; her niece, Kylie-Ann Repass, and two nephews: Jayce Repass and Wesley Payer; her grandmother, Margaret White; a special group of loving individuals who are raising her children, Jessica and Rorie Brooks, Sharon and Joe Scruggs, and Amanda and Sharon Kyker; her aunts: Marilyn Watts, Patricia Broyles, Beth Hardy and Wanda Debord; and her uncle, Brian White.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
