Brenda Huskey

A Time to be Born
Ms. Brenda R. Huskey, was born 76 years ago on April 25, 1944 to the late Clyde and Naomi Kilgore Huskey in Cherokee County, South Carolina. She departed her earthly home on the morning of February 12, 2021. She is preceded in death by nine of her siblings.

A Time to Get

Her early education began at Camp School. She later started her adult journey in Paterson, New Jersey. She worked with the Veteran’s Home for many years as a Human Service Technician before becoming disabled in 2000, after which she moved back to her home state of North Carolina.

A Time to Love

She leaves to celebrate her life three sons: Anthony (LatanJa) Huskey, Kenneth Wayne (Nicole) Huskey, and Robert Huskey; a daughter, Sharon Huskey; a granddaughter reared in the home, Shadasia Ramsey; two sisters, Julia (Ken) Jarrett and Sandra Huskey; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, special nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
