Betty (Vinson) Meshell

Mrs. Betty (Vinson) Meshell, 89, of York, SC peacefully departed this life on Friday, August 1, 2025 at home surrounded by her family. 

Memorial services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Hillcrest Baptist Church-Main Campus in York, SC with Pastor Brad Vassey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm prior to the service.

Preceding her in death are three children: Susan Renae Morrison, Sherri Lynn Gilbert, and John Marion Gilbert; and her parents, Dovie and Joseph Vinson.

Surviving to cherish loving memories are a son, Charles Gilbert (Pam); eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and loving friends.
