Lloyd Gary Logan, Sr. was born July 20, 1960, a son of Rose Lee Logan of Rock Hill, South Carolina and the late Hampton Lloyd Logan.  God called Lloyd home on April 2, 2019.

Lloyd Logan received his early education in the public schools of Capital Heights, Maryland, where he graduated from Bladensburg Senior High School.  While attending school, he worked for Xerox Corporation for a number of years.  After graduation, he joined the United States Navy, in which he served eleven years, including time spent in the Reserves.  During his Naval career, he married his childhood sweetheart, Cheryl Davis, in 1980.  Following his service in the Navy, he worked for Perolator Armored simultaneously with John H. Lloyd was a loving husband, father, son, and brother, and was often referred to as Santa Claus every day of the year.

He is preceded in death by his father, Hampton Lloyd Logan; sister, Rebecca Ferguson; and brother-in-law, John Davis.
