Me and Billy grew up together here in Concord. I talked to him on Monday night after he moved in . He called me the same nickname he had always used..."Rat". I'm so sorry to have to be sending my condolences to the family in this short time after we just talked. May God bless the family and especially his granddaughter Rachel. Ride high in the clouds now.
