Landrum High School was blessed to have Mr. Adams on its faculty. Having taught on the same hall as him for many years, I knew how dedicated he was to his students.

I taught with Charles for many years at Landrum High School. I am saddened to note his passing. I can recall going to his house in Spartanburg several times to bring him to school when the roads were covered with snow and ice. I also recall Charles running TV programs for me when he was in charge of the ETV program at Landrum High. Also, I recall Charles behind the counter at Barnes and Nobles after he retired from teaching. The family of Charles will be in our prayers. Charles, rest in peace.

Bernadette,

Calling Charles was a call I look forward to making. Our friendship (Charles and mine) lasted many years. It was a friendship I cherished. Needless to say how saddened I was to hear of his earthly departure. My prayers are with you and your family.
You were an excellent care giver and many blessings await you.

May God comfort you and your family.
